I enjoyed the story, but I don't care for the narrator. She overdoes the accents and she mispronounces a lot of words. The narrator detracts from the story-line. The story is good and inspiring, but the narrator ruined it for me.

Where is Kate Forbes?

Not to be too critical, but after listening to Kate Forbes in the narration of the Honor's series, I cannot listen to Suzanne Niles without thinking that I am missing the true character's voice in this book. What a wonderful narrator is Kate Forbes! I only realize this when it is not her voice bringing life to the characters. Excellent book, but somewhat lost in the translation.
