Usually I most enjoy the books that are read by the author. The narrator of this book was so enthusiastic in his reading that I felt like it was his story. Great information and advice for health seekers everywhere.

Great book! Nice energetic narrator and author explains things very well. I've started incorporating more plant-based fiber into my diet about a week ago and I already notice an improvement in the way I feel.

Very good book, expert who bases his findings on real research. Downside to audible book is unable to locate pdf for use of recipes!

Thoroughly enjoyed this book. I’m a nurse and IBCLC with a background in nutrition so I love that it follows evidence based research studies and not the current diet “healthy” fads. Please write another book Dr. B, I want to know more about the gut microbiota and how to enhance the health effects of the plants we consume!

If you want a roadmap to a healthy microbiome, read or listen to an advocate who has been the SAD diet route and learned thru his research and how a WFPB diet shifted his life around. Very inspiring.

it took me a little while to finish but I loved every moment. I find Dr. B so knowledgeable and trust his expertise. I originally chose this book to learn the ins and outs of plant based eating and I am so glad I did.
