Insightful and enjoyable
I've always been very sensitive to how other people are feeling and very good at reading people and until this book I didn't consciously realize the negative impact that can have on me. Everyone is Psychic was full of "aha" moments for me as it gave me tools to recognize when I'm taking on other people's energy and how to let go and replenish my own cup. The meditation exercises are really helpful and while the topics O'Brien covers are extremely deep, the book was enjoyable to listen to and never felt heavy. Highly recommend for anyone - you will be surprised what insights you have about yourself!
