So I think I want a TATTOO Please!!

Would you listen to Dirty Ink again? Why?

I would listen to this book again and again. I liked the whole I am going to be me now vibe and of course the hot sex. I am also a fan of drama and this book has that as well. I received this book for free for my honest opinion and I would listen to this book over and over again but would rather listen to book 2. So send it to me PLEASE!

Dirty Ink

This was a very interesting book. It was really sweet how Hudson and Brielle interact, but I can't help but feel annoyed by Brielle at the same time. This book has BDSM elements in it, which was a big turn-on, and the added mystery was a plus. Not to mention the yummy steamy bits...

Overall, not a bad read. I'm hoping to listen to the next installment... if only to see if my hunch about the harasser is correct.

So So

This isn't my normal genre of books but I gave it a try. Thought the dialogue was simple and too much explaining and re-explaining things. Some of the characters annoyed me and I didn't like them. Not my favorite

If you like vanilla, this is not for you.

If you could sum up Dirty Ink in three words, what would they be?

Hot - Sweet - Mysterious

What was one of the most memorable moments of Dirty Ink?

When Brielle receives the photo album as a gift. My curiosity was stirred and I am waiting for it to be quenched.

Which character – as performed by Melissa Barr – was your favorite?

Brielle - I like that though she may be a bit insecure, she is still a strong female character.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes.

Any additional comments?

One thing that I did not like was the stopping point. I understand that this isn't a stand alone book, but there are so many other points that would have been better to end this installment of the series.<br/><br/>This audiobook was provided by the author, narrator, or publisher at no cost in exchange for an unbiased review courtesy of Audiobook Blast.

Surprised

The first couple of chapters were difficult to get through but I'm glad I hung in there as the ending or rather the cliffhanger was done well. The narrator was easy to listen to but there were a few characters that were difficult to listen to. I generally like listening to male voices so I might be biased. The storyline moved insanely fast at the beginning which is why I didn't want to continue listening at first but there was enough meat on the bones that kept me glued. I'll be interested in part 2.

A good look into a woman's desires....

What made the experience of listening to Dirty Ink the most enjoyable?

The sensual needs a woman desires to fulfill her fantasies kept me interested..

What did you like best about this story?

The chemistry and the dynamic between the characters.

Which character – as performed by Melissa Barr – was your favorite?

No particular favorite, but I did listen with an open mind.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Nothing in particular but it was a steamy ride.

Cliffhanger

Sorry but his book just did not do it for me. I was given this book in exchanged for an honest review. The story had great potential, but sadly it just fell short. Brielle comes off as a whiner at times. Hudson is a Dom but is very wimpy as a Dom. If this book is a BDSM book it falls a little short. This book is also a cliffhanger.

I did enjoy the story, but sadly I don't think I would get book 2

I was given this audible for honest review

I HATE leaving a 3 star review... Unfortunately, this book just didn't do it for me. It was not what I expected. The narrator was just ok. I was first thrown off by the fact that the tattoo artist doesn't hook up with his clients... Even in the fictional world, that sounds ridiculous. Not enough WOW to capture my attention.

Not so much.

I enjoy a steamy read. This book took vulgarity, and the use of explicit language far beyond the point of necessity. I would consider this the Penthouse of erotic novels. I received this book at no charge, thanks to the author for an honest review.
