Helpful and Effective!

This book helps you truly understand what depression and anxiety is, what causes it and how to manage it.

Heartwarming guidance to all of us

I’ve been in depression and anxiety and have no energy to do anything, have felt more stress in everyday life since I lost my family member a few years ago. I understand my emotions, but I couldn’t get over them or didn’t know what to do with them. This book shows many little things you can do to feel better and get over your negative feelings to live healthy again. I will try all the tips mentioned in this book and hope it helps in my healing process. Highly recommend this book to all who are going through emotional difficulties!

This is great

This is a great audiobook for depression and stress, my girlfriend has had a lot of depression and anxiety so I have listened to this audiobook to be able to help her and it has also taught me a lot of lessons. This is a must listen to everyone that needs to deal with their emotional problems, such a good audiobook!

If One Can Learn To Control

We do seem to be living in a world where people are more emotionally driven than anything. Much is attributed to the fact that we live in a society where we are more interconnected and more group centered. The late Robin Williams once said that "Everyone is fighting a battle that you know nothing about. Be kind. Always." (My he Rest In Peace). As true and idealistic as that is, regardless what one may be facing and for what reason-in terms of the opposite end of the spectrum- one can always master one's emotions and not let them overcome their being. Which is why I am recommending this book for everyone that is living in this time. If one can learn to control and channel their emotions, one could be better equipped to strive being a better person.

A very help guide

As someone who suffers from all three I will use the strategies to help me cope. It’s a life long issue for me so having advice from this audiobook will help with managing stress.

Life can feel like it is pulling you down, This book can help

If you feel lost, If you feel like you are being pulled down in depression because of stress and anxiety this book can help. I have been in a bad place before. I was looking for anything to help me get out of the hole I was in. I wish I had this book back then,

"Learn to let go of things."
