Very Informative

As someone who has struggled with my since my teens, this was just what I needed. We can try to make better food choices and exercise with some results but not always enough. Combining those things in combination with addressing internal factors that might have us at a disadvantage can be a game changer!

Essential tools for better physical/mental health!

Excellent! I discovered the importance of the adrenal glands in the proper functioning of the organs of the body. They participate in vital functions such as blood pressure, blood sugar level, and the immune system. Everything is very well explained and easy to understand, such as the imbalanced hormone levels that can affect and make it more difficult to lose weight.
The author enlightens us on the hormones present, as well as their function, very useful learning, paired with foods that contain the best micronutrients, such as vitamins, and tells us of how a lack of vitamins can affect the sequence of hormone production, some of which affect mood or stress response.

This audiobook is a valuable tool to discover when one wants to maintain good health and obtain inseparable answers to weight loss once and for all.

Very interesting

This was a very interesting listen! Who knew that your hormones could play such an important role in losing/gaining weight? It taught me how to reset my adrenal glands and boost my metabolism for successful weight loss.

Full of tips!

I pulled a tip or trick from every chapter. I especially liked the chapter on superfoods. I loved learning what foods give me the nutrients I need instead of relying on supplements. Worth the listen!

Just what I needed!

I’m so fortunate that I came across this book!

Now I have a better understanding of hormone imbalance and stubborn weight gain. The author goes to great lengths to inform the reader as to recognizing an existing hormone imbalance, vitamin and nutrient advise, and guidance to cleansing.

I can’t wait to implement the information in this book!

Great read

I highly recommend this book and highly recommend you read through all the facts and figures he goes over... It’s about getting to know your body—how it works, its veiled wants and needs that we always seem to miss, what indicators to pursue and watch out for, in addition to improving your mood and acquiring a sound state of mind. I Recognized adrenal fatigue and learned how to reset your adrenal glands and I learned also foods I should avoid and foods to improve your mood. I will be eternally grateful to this book for giving me the tools to understand my body.

Informative!

I appreciate that the author did not pretend to have the current cure-all for women's troubles, but instead came from a scientific and practical angle. This book was a welcome walk-through with a concise but thorough explanation of how our hormones really control our bodies. It is a fact that our hormones are really the culprits beyond a lot of our problems, but the author also helped to demystify them. Lots of relevant and up-to-date information. This will be on my Christmas gift list for my sisters! Great job!

Waooh what an educative book. I had no knowledge of how to go about with regards to correcting hormonal weight gain until I listened to this book.This book provided me with the tools to be able to make my own weight loss plan as it provided with knowledge of what and when to eat. Finally, a book that explains it all

My wife and my daughter have been struggling with weight gain all their life. I bought this book and we listened to it as a family. After listening to this book, they both feel like they finally have the answers they have been looking for. I recommend this book wholeheartedly!

Overall Amazing

Words cannot compare just how enticing and well-composed this book is! I would highly recommend it to women that want to lose weight regardless of if they lose weight easily or if it poses to be a bit more challenging. The book does a tremendous job of showing the importance of balancing nutrition with adequate rest! This book will be my continued go-to when recommending books targeting weight loss.
