loved it

Raven is a getting her life together after loosing her Mom. This is a different twist to a shifter academy story and I loved it. You didn't know what was going too happen next. Warning this does end in a cliffhanger which surprisingly added a more interesting twist to this book. So glad that the Author went this way. I can not recommend this book enough I suggest you get this asap you will not be disappointed. I can not wait for book 2. Kudos to Author Rory Miles for a fantastic start to this series. The Narrators did fantastic

Engaging Plot with Suspenseful Ending!

This book is full of twists, suspense, sexual tension, and leaves you wanting more. The author creates the world with imagery and clarity. The development between the characters seems a little slow to me but it continues to progress throughout the book.

The narrators (I always love a tag team narration with MJ Webb and Joshua Schubart) do well with bringing the characters to life. They aren’t just narrating… they’re acting.

I cannot wait to listen to the next book and pick up where we left off. You will definitely want to listen to this book!

Great start

New to me author and 2 of my fave narrators, of course I gave it a listen.

Loved it. I can relate so much to aspects of each of the characters and especially Raven. Reverse harem paranormal, so what’s not to love.

Lots of plot twists that keep you on your toes listening more to see what happens. Cliffhanger ending and I’m excited to see how this story develops in the next book.

There are a lot of characters to keep track of and I love how she teases you with some of them. Giving mentions and not much more though you know there’s more to them.

The narrators did a fabulous job with the cast of this book. MJ Webb and Joshua Schubart did a fantastic job.

Fantastic!

I NEED MORE! This is such a fantastic audiobook! The mystery, the suspense, the spookiness, the amazing characters, the sexual tension, the awesome narrators, I loved it ALL! I definitely consider this a Must Listen and cannot wait for the next book!

Just wow

WHAT JUST HAPPENED?! Man oh man, my brain is going to explode. Rory Miles you are one evil woman who just loves to torture me don't you.
Once you start reading this, you can't stop...you need to know more and just when you think you have it figured out? Nope not even close. I absolutely loved it and I need the next one like now please.
Listening to the audiobook is amazing!!! The narrators do an amazing job and they just draw you into the story

omg I read the ebboks as they came out and freaking loved them full of twists I did not see coming and I freaking love love love these narators they are amazing and do a fan-ducking-tastic job bringing the story to life!💖❤️

such a great start!

Following Raven as she finds her new path is intense! I love the different personalities of the guys and had fun trying to figure out which ones she would choose. Definitely recommend!

Decent ghost story

A little frustrated with the previous reviews of this book. How it’s getting 5 stars is beyond me. The narrators are pretty bad-the FL voice is good but most of her other voices are whiny, fake and overacted. The male narrator is even worse…he had one good main character voice but makes the other male voices nerdy, nasally or just skeevy and also with the cheesy overacting (and they’re all supposed to be her love interests so awful voices is not sexy).
I like the plot to this book. It definitely didn’t go how I thought it would which is great! However, it’s very hard to get immersed into it. It’s choppy. Some things are just not explained well or done in a very weird order. For instance, you’re several chapters in before the author tells you this world knows about supernaturals. It doesn’t read that way before that which is odd. And the same thing happens with the FL’s gifts. She’s had several ghost interactions happen before the author is like..oh yeah, seeing ghosts is her thing… like why couldn’t that have been built in before? And the “romance” is pretty fake, awkward, non existent or just plain creepy… ie: getting felt up by an invisible cold ghost is not sexy. And there’s just no steam with the other ML… just a bunch of cheesy/creepy lines and a few kisses and inappropriate staring at naked bodies after shifting.
It’s too bad because the premise and plot is really intriguing. But it just can’t sync with it the way it’s written. Needs more order, more details, more heart and better narrators.
