An enjoyable package with a lot of variety. Really love it. Excellent meditations included and lots of music for downtime.
Any additional comments?
There are a lot of listening choices when it comes to background music or settings, which I really appreciated. Different meditations for stress reduction are included, so it's one of those audiobooks you can listen to again and again without it becoming redundant. Narration is soothing and easy on the ears. Excellent stuff.

Amazing way to relax, love these meditations
Great guidance and instructions on how to relax. I enjoyed following along and it was very easy even though I haven't meditated in a long time. It makes it easy to get back into it for this new year. I'd like to be more relaxed and less stressed, this certainly helps me do that.

70% is background noise
Each chapter is practically identical. It only discusses on topic, clutter, which is a great topic, but in each chapter it's simply the same thing worded slightly differently, and then followed by half an hour of ocean sounds. Complete lack of content, if I had to estimate, 70% of the entire book is background noise.
