I discovered Joe’s meditations a few months ago and I have never looked back. I start my morning with either one of these two, or a shorter version on YouTube when I have less time. I do not start my morning without one of these meditations. They center me and get me ready to take on the day. I feel joyful in my life, at peace and frankly like a new person that can handle anything that life throws my way. I feel as if my life started when I discovered these meditations that are now a part of my daily life. I get started at 4:45am during the week when my kids are in school and around 6am on the weekends. I like to do them while it is still dark. I have never felt obligated to do them or struggled to get up. I get up happily every day. My body is more at peace, I recognize the thoughts that are a part of my negative programming and I always get myself back on track. I am a new person and I wouldn’t change it for the world. I am the person I have always wanted to be and I look forward to every day.

I started following Dr Joe’s work mate 2 years ago, had a lot going on with my life and came across his YouTube channel. This meditation audible after reading the book is perfect for getting yourself ready for your future and for the workshops if you decide to go that route. I would recommend this to everyone, I can’t say there’s anyone I wouldn’t recommend to try these meditations as they’ve literally touched and helped me understand myself a little better. Hope this helps whoever’s reading this. Have the best day ever, I love you…

Really the only answer if you want a better life, Dr Joe’s work has gotten me through a very abusive relationship and divorce and has opened my eyes again to life and the beauty thereof.
