Captain Hawklin and the Secrets of Monster Island is a throwback to a bygone age of pulp adventure stories. Filled with heroes and villains, gangsters and pirates, cliff-hangers and suspense, in the tradition, of Commando Cody and Buck Rogers.

Classic rapid-fire adventure!

“Captain Hawklin and the Secrets of Monster Island” is a fast-paced adventurous romp in the tradition of “Indiana Jones,” “The Rocketeer,” or any of the old Golden Age serials. The author quickly develops the characters and the world around them, then leaps into the action and adventure just as fast. You have enough time to grab your hat and gun - then you’re off. Highly recommended for fans of pulpy two-fisted and high-octane adventures. Author Charles F. Millhouse and narrator Layne Ihde are a perfect team.
