Overall Good But Glitch

This is a good way to learn the material. In the California section, however, somehow Colorado is included. Also, in some instances the narrator will give the correct answer but the letter option is wrong. For instance the choices may be as follows:

a. Grant Deed
b. Deed of Trust
c. Inter Spousal Transfer Deed
d. None of the above

If the answer is b the narrator may say c. Deed of Trust.

Just what I needed!!

Thank goodness for this book in Audible!! I have been looking for a book just like this style - flash card style, in my opinion. A book that is written with a good flow and, when read aloud, flows perfectly. I love listening as I fall asleep. I feel I have a better recall this way. Thank you!

Someone needs to get fired

Quality control was asleep on this project. If the mistakes were fixed this would be a great book to learn from

Not for just CA

There is an entire section on Colorado RE regulations. Most of this book is not CA specific.

There’s a also couple of errors in the quizzes when he reads off the answers.
