Get that pause finger ready...
While there are very useful insights scattered throughout this outdated, wordy book, the performer reads so quickly you may miss them entirely. There are several parts that necessitate reflection, so be prepared to hit that pause button. Overall I think I benefited from this book, but still think this version would better serve me in written form so I can write down answers to the various self-quizzes within.
