Publisher's Summary

"Think and Grow Rich" is a motivational personal development and self-help book written by Napoleon Hill and inspired by a suggestion from Scottish-American businessman Andrew Carnegie. While the title implies that this book deals only with how to get rich, the author explains that the philosophy taught in the book can be used to help people succeed in all lines of work and to do or be almost anything they want.

Mix of great and outdated

I struggled at first with the outdated and politically incorrect references. And then I recognized the book for what it was: the inspiration for many of today's wide variety of self help books. And actually I think it's helped me where many of these other current books could not.

Mindblowing

Heard it 2 times in a row, this book is so full with knowledge.
Expands everything one learns on another great money oriented book, The Science of Getting Rich.
Excellent narration

Written by a scammer

Google the true history of the author if you are trying to make sense of the bizarre content of this book. A book of bold "autobiographical" fantasy with flavors of wishful-thinking-mysticism, which gives insight into the mind of a early 1900s era fraudster.

Awesome

This is a trip. With this edition coming immediately after the depression does anyone know when the original was published. I would be very interested to know that changes made reflected that psychology of the time.

Listen to this book!

It covers the laws of nature and economics and the human mind and controlling the subconscious to fulfill your will! The narrator has a goody-goody matter-of-fact tone, which may or may not represent the tone of the writer, however the inflection is very well read so it is easy to follow!

Great Book!

The reading is good overall, but the reader mispronounces many words. That makes it a little hard to follow at times.
