Great beginning book for a newbie

A complete, comprehensive guide to introduce you to the concepts of creative real estate investing. I'd definitely recommend this book!

Why was this rushed?

Great book with lots of information. The narration however left me baffled. Narrator often seemed out of breath. Was there a time limit that needed to be met? Good information nonetheless.
