Required reading if you want to invest!!!

I’ve read many BP books. I’ve been investing for 4 years. This book was a great refresher course and I also learned new things - specifically what I’m missing from my business. I plan to buy the hard copy as well to use as a reference for years to come. I’m even more excited to read Vol. 2! I love the way they break down investing concepts into relatable, easy to understand metaphors or stories. I think this will be especially helpful when reading the more complex concepts in the next vol.

Exciting read that really breaks down the barrier to entry into multifamily

Toilets trash and tenants sound a lot less scary by the end of this book. Narrow down your focus, financing strategies, and management are just a few things explained by Brandon and Brian.
