    Much easier to listen to than to read!

    Tried to read it a while ago and it was a challenge for me to stay focused although the information is really great. so much easier to listen to and I plan on listening again soon so I can retain even more information from this book!

    Strong concepts. Very helpful

    Despite some poor gendering ("storeman", "my men" etc), the concepts in terms of problem solving make it a very worthwhile read for anyone interested in working on boundary setting, problem solving and having positive relationships.
