I am just going to buy anything Jay publishes, I have all his books paper and ebooks and also the audiobooks so I have them on the go to listen again and again.
This is the best diet program ever, and it all makes sense. Fast on rest days and eat clean on training days without depriving yourself of nutrients

I'd have to go through this blowtorch diet for a month at least before I can truly know this is the real deal. As I am writing this I'm on over 20 hours of being in a fasted state, went 24 hours yesterday, doing it this way isn't sustainable it's just for a short term fat loss goal & to have that fit swimmers six pack body, I can do 12 hours easy, but that's reserved for when I'm in a "maintenance" lifestyle
