But that's not at actually true, as popular Inc.com columnist Jeff Haden proves. "Motivation" as we know it is a myth. Motivation isn't the special sauce that we require at the beginning of any major change.

This is a good book for anyone who faces challenges in life; which we all face from time to time. Kyle overcame so may challenges, facing them head on and never backing down from his goals.
I highly recommend this book in hard copy over audio. It was very hard to listen to this book due to the cadence of Troy Klein. He does not narrate in a easy flowing manner. He has long pauses in the middle of a sentence or thought, making it hard to follow the story. This book is only 5 hours in length and I would typically get through this in a day. However, I struggled to listen to it for more than a few minutes at a time.
