I love this series

I loved how Benton and Nicole learnt how to work and protect each other, through the whole series.

Excellent series from horror author Sara Clancy and Scare Street. Well performed and written and fun to listen to.

Banshee life

The stories were quite entertaining. unfortunately the only drawback was the narration. I'm sure he is a nice person but there was no distinction between male or female characters. also very, very monotone.
It made for a less than enjoyable listen.

Great series. Kept me hooked.

I am a big fan of the creepy and strange. I have always stayed with Steven King or Dean Koontz however this was a great series and wish there was more. I liked how each of the books were connected and how it was wrapped up in the end.

Pretty good stories

The stories were good. I don’t understand why the book was read in a Batman dark knight voice though

flows from one book to the next seamlessly

the story was good. each book could stand alone but by far better if listened to in order from 1 to 6. the end kind of surprised me a bit which is a good thing. the naration was ok but the constant use of the whispering tone got old very fast.

Amazing story - such a unique flavor!

This is an amazing series... and Sara spends time introducing you to each of the characters... making them so real that you are worried about what is happening...what will happen! It builds and builds - to the 6th book - and then everything gets answered... the ending is fabulous. You will have 31 1/2 hours of suspense and sitting on the edge of your seat.

Addictive

A very addictive book I am a fan of banshees their so powerful and awesome

The Narrator

I just started the book. At first I loved the narrator's voice & accent. I thought he had the perfect voice for a thriller/horror story...sort of like Vincent Price. And I still think that but there is something about listening to him for long periods of time. His voice is low & raspy and constant. After a while it felt almost like a constant buzz or vibration in my ear. I had to take a break from it. But then my hearing tends to be extra sensitive at times. Perhaps if he would break it up a bit by using a different voice & cadence for different characters it would be easier to listen. However I plan to continue the book. It's an excellent story so far.

the author is very descriptive and funny. great character development. leaves you with good closure as well.
