Books 1-5 in the Divine Elements an OP MC Xianxia series are now available in this special omnibus bundle, filled with action, adventure, and epic cultivation!

Calron is turning eight soon...will he awaken as an accursed Lightning Cultivator, or does fate have something else in store for him?

Over a millennium ago, the Lightning Gods ruled Heaven and Earth with their destructive lightning magic. No other Elementalist or Martial Artist could contend against their overwhelming power. Until the fated day, when the seven Primordial Thrones broke their slumber.

To hide the truth of what happened, they burned all records of history to ash.

In the present day, foretold destinies and chains of servitude break apart when a once forgotten element awakens under the innocent touch of a young orphan boy.

Will the young Calron be able to escape before the Renegade Gods discover the truth about his mysterious power?

The Divine Elements series is perfect for fans of wuxia, xianxia, and progression fantasy books. This epic cultivation fantasy series features a weak-to-strong mc, lightning magic, beast transformation, shapeshifting, cultivation ranks, and much more!

The voice over was well done and made it possible to listen to the story. The story itself has a good premise, but the issue is the way the MC acts in every situation. As is typical from the genre, you will frequently see the MC make a decision without thinking and challenging opponents multiple realms above him and things will magically work out, but this story takes it extremely far. I also disliked how the MC constantly contradicts himself. He says we need to finish something fast and then takes his time, says he needs to conserve essence and instead blows it all in one attack, he also constantly makes decisions without thinking, so don’t read if any of that annoys you.

Good voice over but inconsistent story

So glad that I purchased the Omnibus version, it was a joy to binge on. So much action, profession and growth. Each book was (to me) “edge of your seat “ writing. I am not sure if this is the entire series? The Omnibus is Books 1-5. But, book 5 ends with so many questions. I think this series absolutely needs at least another 2 books to resolve these questions… I hope the writer is not done with this world and the characters. That would make little sense.

Absolutely LOVE this series!

Never a dull moment, constantly at the edge of my seat I’m hoping to find the rest of the books

Epic story

So I was overall enjoying this series until book 5. There were things I didn’t like before that, like the MCs continued naïveté after being given chance after chance to learn from his life experiences, his inability to grasp context clues, and so on. But I was actually getting past most of that out of sheer grit. Then I got to book 5. I honestly wish I stopped listening at 4 so I could look back at this series with some kind of fondness. Book 5 undoes everything the first 4 books accomplished in the first few chapters down to the cultivation system. MC drops everything even down to his very element to switch sides on what feels like a whim. The author randomly decides the good guys are bad and the bad guys are maybe friends out of nowhere. It could have maybe worked out if it was written better, but it just wasn’t.

Book 5 ruined it for me
