I answered: Why not simply use both?

In a new world brimming with possibilities—Levels, Classes, Skills, Dungeons, and Monsters—I found myself reborn as a noble family’s troublemaker son.

As a gamer, a magical world and a lazy life as a rich noble's son should have been a dream come true. But there was a massive catch. An absurd quest threw everything into chaos.

voice acting was great

so the story was good but it's nothing special or unique really. but if you like dying and being reborn in another world stories you'll like this. the performance was amazing and there was nothing specifically wrong with the story. I had a great amount of action. I just feel like this trope's been down a lot but they did it well

it's not bad

not a bad book. I came here to say, remember the harry potter joke? "HARRY POTTER DID YOU PUT YOUR NAME IN THE GOBLET OF FIRE?!" Dumbledore asked calmly. the difference between book and movie. ya your going to get that in these books. the female narrator sounds great but it's like they just sent her all her voice lines with zero context and just said give them a random emotion. it's not every time she speaks but you will notice it. the male narrator is better in that aspect but i assume that's cause he's actually reading the book.

I really enjoyed the story.

Ok just to let you know this will be all FTB and not very spicy. But the story definitely is great. I enjoyed the Mc and the reincarnation aspect. Always love the useless or crippled body. The side characters could use some work on flushing them out. Great fight always epic big fights.

vas felt off

dont get me wrong, I 100% prefer male and female vas in a book but between the male va's weird pronunciations for words like "strength" or the female va who sounds like shes trying to get the lines out as soon as possible, I couldnt not put it in the review. overall story has been enjoyable. though I think the author overdid it with the mc trying to hide his origins. I understand it gives you more to write on but some of the stuff he tried keeping to himself just sounded forced. annoying but not enough for me not to get the next book. still, the amount he lies and holds back on saying stuff is getting really old. why bring it up like (spoiler: when he decided not to say anything about the alchemist's lover) maybe itll come up later but his dishonesty got to the point where I was getting frustrated. some of it makes sense but not all of it

Immensely engaging

This felt like 3 books for the price of one. I’m very much looking forward to the next one! The narrators truly enhanced the story. I really liked it and it’s a decent amount of time for your money/credit!
