I need book 3

This was a fantastic continuation of this story. I loved every plot twist and can not wait for the next book. HOWEVER, the narrators especially the male narrator was off putting. It definitely did not match the voice in my head and I had a hard time enjoying the story by listening. I had to stop and go back to read it myself. I will not be buying the next audio book if it is the same narrators.

I HATE THE CLIFFHANGERS but LOVE the story. can't wait for the next one. Seriously, getting soo good. Can't wait to.find out what happens in the next one.

GREAT STORY-Not my favorite narrators…

I wish this audiobook had different narrators. The storyline and plot and world building is great with this series, but the narrators really annoy me. They don’t match with how I hear the characters in my head at all. If you can get past that… enjoy the story! But I will read the next book in the series instead of purchase the audiobook if the narrators are the same.

Mystery around the dragons.

This book moved along faster than the first one. I really enjoyed it. I hate the end cliffhanger. I liked the mystery of what happened to the dragons.

Captivating

I absolutely loved it! It was so captivating! Can't wait for book 3!! Definitely a 5 star read.

Even better than book 1!

I don’t even care that it ended on a cliffhanger that ending was juicy!!

The plot twists! The mayhem! I was sat. Now I will be waiting ever impatiently for the next book.

FMC is Medra a girl from another world forced to be betrothed to a prince, she is Fae princess, now she is in this world of Sangratha where vampires exist, they see her unique red hair and immediately know she is a dragon rider, they don't exist anymore, apparently they where killed a long with the dragons a long time ago around the dragon wars

the wars the dragons where killing their know kind and killing blightborns( humans) so this secret group of people dragon hunters came and I think killed a bunch and turn to stone 4 others, these 4 are the only ones in existence, they are not alive well kinda, they are in a way asleep and Medra woke up one in the 1st book
now she has a dragon named Nevarius...I'm sure I spelled that wrong
she now has to prove to the tribunal that she can control him
no one can control a dragon and he proves that a bunch of times by killing those he hates, people who make fun of him
but Medra and him have a deal he will seem to be in her control if she can give him information about what happened to his kind
it takes him awhile but she tells him and he is upset

Medra also has to deal with Blake, he feed from her at the end of book one by force and she hated him for it, now they are blood bound and now he can't drink of anyone but her so she tells him that he can only drink from her once a week, it not ideal but that's all she wants
of course he hates this arrangement, it makes him angry and so hungry that he is mean to her again
eventually they deal and then being to attractived to each other they give in and finally have sex
he of course ruins it and says this is how it shud always be when I feed from u where we are both getting pleasure...sex and feeding at the same time
but that doesn't matter they still fight because he is an asshole
eventually shit happens where her friend is going to be used as leverage against her, if she can't control the dragon the tribunal or Vickor Drakharrow will kill her, she gets so scared she cries, Blake sees her break down and comforts her and they get extremely close, they are falling for each other
so cute

then plot twist if u drink from a dragon rider u turn into a dragon, so Blake throughout this book is slowly becoming a dragon, he actually turns into one at the end of this book and we are made to believe he kills his uncle

other shit happens another dragon gets woken up, but it's just a shell so Medra's mom goes from the dagger into that dragon and flies away

Nevarez almost gets turned back to stone

Medra's friend dies I guess....not sure thou

loved the trials and determinst of the heroine. action and with the romantic revelation thus story is worth the time it took to listen
