Holy Sh*t

This is my top read of the year. I’m so glad the second one comes out tomorrow.
I was on the edge of my seat the whole 2nd half of the book. AMAZING. please read this

Loved loved loved everything about this book. The narration and performance
was well done too.

Captivating but a cliffhanger

I liked so much about this audiobook. The mystery around the characters was perfect. I could have used a little more banter between the main characters, but they still worked. The spice was spicy but not overly so. However it was a cliffhanger. ARGHHH! I prefer HEAs.

I still have questions

Honestly some of the “court” stuff was not my thing but the tension and spicy scenes were really well written and not cringy like many other books. The FMC is experiencing a lot of different trauma responses from the awful things she’s went through and the MMC is very supportive in building her up and it’s very sweet. I think this book one is laying out her past and how mentally unwell and paralyzed she is and the next book will be her working through that and gaining her self worth with MMC helping her. It was good and I liked the banter.

Loved the suspense

Lots of mystery and suspense, it kept me wanting to listen more. Anxious for the next book and the fae mysteries are the best.
