Amazing voices for storytelling

I cried at the end. Such an amazing story. The voices made this book even better

Love this story but you did us dirty with that cliffhanger. I been crying for the last hour and I don’t know how long I will have to wait for my HEA

This was like going to my favorite restaurant and ordering my favorite meal… and it was even better than I remember it!! If you enjoyed Legends of Thezmar you will not be disappointed.

Steamy and clever

Can’t wait for the next book. I really enjoyed wren and Torj’s story. The introduces some new characters and keeps many old favorites.

A fantastic book!

The development in the writing style was one of the first things I noticed. I love being able to recognize the growth in an author's writing. This book was everything I look for in a romantasy. Characters you absolutely love, trials, amazing banter, and a crazy ending! This book check every single box and then some. The bodyguard trope was done so well in this book. The romance is like a medium burn but the TENSION! Wow! Just wow. Torj and Wren were amazing together. I truly enjoyed that this book is all alchemy and poisons. Amazing book!

Such a thin line between love and hate

I didn't think I would fall in love with Torj and Wrens love story, along with Wren stepping into her journey to become a master alchemist. But I did and I'm here for every bit of it, Wren is just as if not stronger than Thea with the ability to think and overcome challenges in a way completely unique to herself. I'm excited to see what the next book had in-store.

Wanted to love it

I was excited to listen to this after listening to the other related series, but I thought this was overall disappointing! Maybe alchemy isn’t my thing and also the hot/cold relationship throughout the whole book made me not want to finish. Plot twist once again at the end but not for the better. This was my least favorite from the on going series.. I love Torj and feel like he deserved better!

Yay! Wren’s story!

The audio was great! I could easily tell the characters by the voices. It’s a great duet. I love Kip. He keeps things light when you need it. As for Wren and Torj…my heart hurts! Several times in the story. And now a new war looms on the horizon. I understand the decision made in the cliffhanger, but I still want to pop the character on the back of the head! Can’t wait for the next installment in Thezmarr!!

I love this story, I love the Thezmarr world so much. The narrator for Wren was awesome, but I really, really struggled with Torj’s narrator. Torj always felt darker and harder. This narrator made him sound almost haughty sometimes. Cocky when I feel like Torj’s character was usually more earnest. I love this story but was really disappointed in the Torj narrator.
