This book was an eye opener for me. I learned a lot about parallel parenting and creating happier parents. Parents that can get through communication and interaction without fighting is a win for everyone. Happy parents, happy child. When dealing with a narcissistic parent it is hard to do things that way they like. So parallel parenting comes in to save the day. It may take time to adjust to 2 different set of rules from 2 different houses, but it prevents conflicts. I love the tips like using an app to document conversations and interactions. It shows proof of everything you do as a parent or partner. This book gives practical advice and tips every parent needs when dealing with a narcissist. It's nice to know that help is out there for those dealing with this emotional topic.

Goodness knows people need help. Especially when going through traumatic life events. This book is at least a start to help someone in this situation to be able to at least try to co-parent even if the other parent is not acting like an adult.

True and faithful guidance
