So good!

This was a slow start but strong finish. It had the perfect amount of thrill and spice and always left me wanting more. The whole time I was left guessing on who the stalkers were when I had an idea of who they were, I was wrong. The tension between the characters draws you in from the start. Come the end you get a better understanding of why the characters are the way they are and you only want more. Audible paired well with the book!

Not the best

I could not finish the book. The words “little darling” were said way too much. The female voice was hard to listen to. There were not enough descriptors.

Wow what a wild ride, this audiobook was very good. The narrators were amazing and this was a new to me author, i will definitely be listening to her again. Now i will say you really have to be pay attention to this one, i listen to these books and a couple of time i had to go back and relisten just to make sure i understand correctly. I have 2 kids, always saying mom lol. I’m not going to say too much because i don’t want to spoil anything but this story is about a FBI agent, the FMC (Alex). And she on the hunt to find the killer. There is a tragic past the comes to life. This story definitely had me hooked and I would highly recommend this story.

HOTTEST.BOOK.EVER!!!!!!

Oh my gaaaawd! CHECK THE TRIGGER WARNINGS! Dub/non con, knife play, stalking, drugs, psychotic possesive MMC, human trafficking, Primal play, graphic violence, graphic murder, forced pregnancy, child abuse (the bad guys, obv not the good...ish? guys) and that's not even the tip of the iceberg. SO, if you are overly sensitive and/or easily triggers then this book is not for you, save your money and walk away. If you're looking for a sweet bubbly romance... then I honestly don't know how the hell you ended up here but you need to do a 180 right now because this isnt your cup of tea dearie, this is the good russian vodka your mom tried hiding in a mt dew bottle and pass it off as such so she can get through a 12 hr workday then deal with you lil'tude when she got home. I usually dont react or even blink with these types of books, but oh this one gave me a run for my money. This book 🥵🤤❤️‍🔥🔥🔥 I loved the Haunting Adeline books and never thought I'd find something to compare, until this book! I've lost count of how many times I had to pause and smack my face to calm myself down. I love how messed up they are. Judge all you want, it's hot 🔥🔥🔥🔥 and I know what I like. Usually the FMC is a timid lil pretend rebel who is actually a major push over. Alex was a badass even when the MMCs were in control she kept up a fight,.. and then proceeded to make the smut even more intense 😋. When the first stalkers mask came off I paused immediately when she said his name and lost my shit. I definitely am planning to have a round 2 with this book!

Loved it!

This was such a thrilling story that kept me on edge. For a moment, I almost lost my mind with the female character name Alex/ Alexander Darling. This is a dark mystery romance with a delicious plot twist. I absolutely recommend it. Lucy Rivers and Jameson Adams did a fantastic job narrating this story.
