"Vault," the eighth installment in Nicole Gonella's Unbound series

Gonella's characters continue to shine in this book. Their growth and complexities add depth to the story, making them relatable and memorable. Readers will find themselves emotionally invested in their fates, rooting for some and despising others.

Whoa

This series gets better with every book. Sigh… I can’t believe how good this one was, thanks for the cliff hanger btw, well not that bad real but still I need more!!!! Also Travis is like a Wizard or something, I always forget this is a book and not real life…

Another great addition to the series

I’m not a gamer, I listened to the first book in this series because I was bored and couldn’t find anything new from my other series. However, after the first initial aggravation of the system data, I began to look forward to Felix’s progress and status updates. Well written, well performed and well received. It’s now one of my favorite series.

character building book

Ultimately a good story, but I felt it struggles with managing emotional subjects. For example, the love interest feels like an afterthought that occurs when it's convenient to slow down the story. Compare that to the trip back home where running through the void ridden streets trying to find Gaby felt like part of the story building experience. I say either make the content a meaningful part of the story's push forward, or ditch the concept and everyone can be friends.

I like the side character sections. The added perspective is always nice to help round out what's going on. On that, I'm curious how the bird folks are doing in the void 🤔

Amazing

This book was hard to put down, one of the best in the series. I am looking forward to the next one.
