Publisher's summary

The world has ended, and those worthy of it have received the chance for a new life in a new reality.

Zach grew in power and thrived in the post-Framework world. He became a respected leader, a shining example of what it meant to be good. But as the world ended, he had only one thought: to punish the monster that had killed the world long before the Framework ended it. Yet not even with his incredible power was he able to stand against the World Ender. His arrival in the new realty, the Infinite Realm, gives him the chance to grow stronger, to find the monster again - and make it pay.

Ryun survived the chaos after the arrival of the Framework by pushing harder than anyone else. He grew in power until he became the most powerful being that had ever walked the planet; but he is hated by the world, called a monster by all others, the World Ender. As the world ends and he steps into a new one, where people stronger than him have lived for centuries, he finds himself lost and without purpose. The only thing that had mattered to him had been lost to him long ago. He truly was the monster that people considered him to be, and he now finds himself wondering if this new reality has a place for someone like him - but he had never been one for lying down and dying without a fight. One world fell to his power, and another might follow.

Must buy lit RPG

It takes allot for me to write a review but this book was great.

I love powerful mc's and Ryun fits the bill. He's written great his evolution as a character is thrilling and his fighting style just embodies bad assery.

Zach is another strong character and written extremely well and has an interesting story. I just personally disliked him as a person for his actions and morality, im of a more of a team Ryun.

There are a whole bunch of other character that are great too! So seriously its worth a credit you wont be disappointed!

O and Shout out to Phil Thron voices acting is top notch 👌 i would say his narration was on par with Travis Baldree from the cradel series.

Pretty great, oh and screw Zack.

pacing was pretty smooth, the flashback chapters helped to provide a framework, and the characters were all entertaining but Zach, talk about a lousy person.
it's a bit long, so pay attention to chapter starts because they tell you past or present/ who youre following, but usually that can be inferred a few paragraphs in. This has been a great listen, although it seemed the volume was down a bit on some of the recording, idk.

More please

I read some reviews about this title before listening, they almost turned me away. I’m glad they didn’t, some people are trying too hard to be critical. This book was original, well conceived and executed. I only wish there were another 50 hours for me to listen to. This author is definitely up there with the god father of litrpg, almost challenges the title holder , but I can’t make that call until I hear the second book and see if the author can repeat.

Really good story

I was hesitant to get this book reading the summary but I am glad that I did and have already purchased the second. While I do enjoy rpg elements some authors spend to much time on repeating stats and don’t spend enough time on the story itself. Ivan does a fantastic job of blending the stats and story into something very enjoyable. The Narration was also top notch.

Another good one by Ivan Kal

Nice pace, good plot and well developed characters. The story follows 2 characters mostly past and present.

Fun story and Ryun is great, but Zach sucks

There are a lot of different story threads in this story. Both Ryun and Zach, past and present, with a few other characters in the present insterpersed through. In the prologue Ryun is setup as the horrible monster who destroyed the world, but as the story proceeds I can’t help but to side with Ryun over Zach at every turn. Especially when the framework first hit, Zach is a self righteous and sanctimonious ass. When he finally gets to infinite realm, he becomes a law enforcer because he doesn’t want to have to make choices and just wants to follow orders, even if those orders are enforcing slavery in mines. And yet he still thinks he is good because Order above all. Ryun on the other hand sees injustice and acts on it, not turning a blind eye because entrenched power structures maintain a semblance of order through fear. He may have been a monster on earth but Zach was just as much as one, easily manipulated and hypocritical, and yet still viewing himself as a paragon who could do no wrong. It’s to the point where I was always tempted to skip his chapters.
Narration is great, I will likely pick up other audiobooks with the same narrator. He brings the characters to life.

I loved this booked. It started out slow and I want sure I was going to like it but then all of a sudden I was hooked with the story line and how the past meet with the present.
