Ebba-Tyne is a siren and an elemental of the water. She has fae as well as human blood running through her veins. She gets her power from water, though hot, desert air can kill her. Once again, a fool sailor and his crew is attempting to sail through the straits. And she uses her siren's song to distract them, as her misfit men - the maimed and wounded knights of her late father's castle - see to collecting what they need from the ship to survive.

When she realizes the man aboard is tied to his own ship in order not to fall under her siren's spell, she finds him exciting and intriguing. But he looks a lot like the sheik who came from a faraway land and caused death and destruction to her island, so she warns him not to return if he values his life. But when Ace decides to go back and collect his stolen goods, the past becomes the present. Ebba needs to beware of the only man who has ever intrigued her, and Ace has to face his past in order to keep Ebba from being killed.

Can a siren and a son of a sheik learn to look deeper within to accept themselves, and acknowledge the fact that enemies have fallen in love?

This story really kept your interest. I listened to 20 chapters in one day and finished the audiobook the next day. It is about a siren of the sea and the son of a sheik. It has mystery, romance, adventure and a happy ending. I recommend this series and really any series by Elizabeth Rose. She is a very talented lady.

Beautiful romantic fairytale ( water )

I absolutely love the romantic stories Elizabeth Rose brings her readers. Reading this story made me believe that love is unexpected.
The siren and lord Ace go through many twisted situations with hidden secrets and powerful magic that a dolphin globe reviles, Ace and Siren fight for the love they know they have.
If your looking for a fairytale romantic romance with twist and turns, this is your book!

Lord Asad was the son of a Sheik and Captain of a ship. He was sailing straight through the waters where the siren’s song was heard and no one survived when they heard it. He had himself tied to the mast and ordered the men below and they were to stuff wool into their ears. Then he met the beautiful siren Ebba. She was half fae and half human. She had her men take him and his cargo ashore to a broken down castle. Ebba was an element of the water and could not survive without water. Then things got heated up between them. Twists and turns get into play then. Kevin E Green did an excellent job narrating it.
