Excellent Book
This is an excellent book on the basics of Stoic philosophy, with an emphasis on Stoic practices and exercises. It could be read straight through, but it could easily be used a reference because the structure of the book is so strictly outlined and divided into sections according to the outline. The content was clear and concise, and a reader with little or no previous philosophical knowledge should be able to understand it. I recommend it.

Good intro into Stoocism
This was a good start in understanding the basic principles into Stoicism. The book will help you to remain focus. The one thing that I found distracting was how many times it referenced Marcus Arilius memoirs Meditations.

I didn't know stoicism, and I have to say that it's a very helpful philosophy.
Its principles can be very helpful in todays world and i find various interesting ideas to overcome some problems of mine.

Five Stars
This was my first book on practical Stoicism, and it was certainly enjoyable. The author provides a balanced and captivating treatment of Stoic ancient philosophy and practice, updated for the 21st century. This is not just a handy introduction to Stoicism as a philosophy, it is a how-to manual that would have made Epictectus smile.
