the reader can't read well.

Good informative.

This book has some good information about the Atkins Diet. Very informative, especially about how the body processes food and different types of nutrients. It can be really motivating if you really understand the chemical processes behind everything you put in your mouth. Highly recommended.

Like it.

Atkins weight-reduction plan depends on the speculation that consuming sugars invigorates the generation of insulin, which consequently prompts appetite, consuming. Consuming fat for power is probably lead to weight loss.

The information in the book is great but the narrator is an amateur

The narrator will put you to sleep with her monotone voice. You can also at times hear background noise …. She doesn’t pronounce words clearly and sometimes speeds up or slows down which makes it difficult to listen. This is unfortunate as the book is quite interesting… they should have invested in a professional.

Grateful!

The Atkins Diet is a diet reliant on consuming a little number of carbohydrates and instead emphasizing the consumption of a high-fat diet to produce energy for the body. After use and during the digestive process, the starches will break down and become fractional portions of sugar in the forms of fructose and glucose. You will get many helpful ideas from this Atkins diet weight loss book. I prefer for all. Grateful!
