Essential reading if you care about your health

Would you consider the audio edition of The Elimination Diet to be better than the print version?

I don't have the printed version as yet but intend to buy for my practice so that my clients can read it.

Life Changing

Self healing

Loved it, have listened now to it 3 times. Very informative in self healing. It comes with a PDF of recipes which is so helpful. The last thing you wanna have to do is buy the hardback version of an audiobook just for the recipes.

annoying narrator but informative

The narrator talks far too slow, but at least you can speed him up. The worst bit is he talks like he is talking to kids, he stresses every 3rd word like he is giving a Ted talk to toddlers.
Nonetheless, I found it informative. It talks alot about the chemicals and toxins that are used in growing and containing food possibly being the cause of stomach irritation rather than the food itself - which I had never considered before.

I understand he wants to lay a foundation but

I have made it to chapter 9 before getting ti why I bought the book the steps of the diet itself. I have given up.

The previous chapters have left me feeling hopeless about food and the world. He includes lots of case studies and research and that’s good. But I don’t feel safe to eat now unless I have copious time and money. It’s a lifestyle shift he is after.

The PDF is thorough but hard to navigate especially on mobile.
