Loved It

I was wondering if we would hear about Evie’s cousins. I actually like this book better than the first 2 books. The storyline keeps you guessing, the characters are likeable and the narrator’s are fantastic. Keep on with story please!

As captivating as tears and treason!

I love how this is Ali's POV. The hints in the first 2 books on their relationship coming to life. I love it! the love, the protectivness of the commander. gah! I want the next book now!!!!

This is different to what I was expecting. I am very disappointed about the narration compared to part -1 & 2 and I keep on thinking how, why?

Major Eye Roll🙄

I LOVED this first book, and enjoyed the second. This third book was a waste of time and money!! It’s hard to like Ali with all of her insecurities and run-on monologues!! I didn’t see her as the “Might Huntress” at all! She boarders on weak with all the mind numbing inner dialog with her ex boyfriend! Major eye rolls!! The ending is dumb and abrupt. I also didn’t enjoy the narration as I did the other books!! Saskia Maarleveld is an AMAZING narrator. I would not recommend this book🙄

Couldn’t finish

Terrible narration! I couldn’t listen anymore and had to stop somewhere in chapter 7. Very disappointing after the first 2 books.

Let down

It was such a let down after listening to the first two in the series. It was slow and tedious and never developed any characters besides the main two….and then it just ended. Disappointing.

Hard to get through

The Narrators did an amazing job but the story fell so flat. The first 2 books in this series were so good and I had high hopes for this one. But the “Huntress” was such a different character in this book. Filled with constant self doubt. Her inner monologue about her worthlessness and fears was over half the story and became grating to listen to. I can understand some Imposter Syndrome but come on! Her cousin in the first book had way more courage and grace and wasn’t even raised to be the heir! Other than constantly talking about her fears there didn’t seem to be much of a plot or story. It was disappointing.
