I was surprised to learn everything I need to do is what I practice every day in many other areas besides looking for a lifelong partner! The first three steps focus on describing the ideal match, upgrading one’s looks, and working on mental state and self-esteem. The rest of advice is about the ways one can upgrade his or her life snd become a better version of themselves, and how to develop knowledge about the areas of interests of an ideal match. I also liked advice on how to analyze past relationships, find the common denominator in their failures, and learn from them.
