21-Day Weight Loss Challenge

It’s safe to say that the weight loss genre is packed with people claiming to have miracle cures capable of helping you lose loads of weight effortlessly. As a serial dieter I have been taken in by these claims numerous times but in the end I always wind up seeing little change which is extremely discouraging. I’ve never given up hope completely though and when I came across this book it instantly got my attention, as someone who implements the law of attraction in various other aspects of my life I found the concept of using it for weight loss fascinating. The mind is an extremely powerful tool (the placebo effect is a good example) but so few people actually utilize its full power, with nothing to lose and plenty to gain I decided to give this a try.

I’m ashamed to admit that in the past I have struggled to maintain certain diets, there are many temptations around and my sweet tooth has always been a weakness. However, following the advice and methods this book contains has really made a difference to my eating habits, I feel more motivated to stick to my goals and old cravings are a lot less intense.

For me this is what separates this guide from others, instead of just listing some healthy foods to eat it actually helps to give you the correct mind-set so that you can consciously curb your bad habits and eat healthily, best of all it doesn’t feel like you’re on a diet. Instead everything just feels natural like it’s the right thing to do.

As a result of my improved attitude towards food and diet I’ve managed to lose just over half a stone in 3 weeks. This is a significant amount considering the previous results I’ve had from other diets, looking to the future I’m now both excited and optimistic. I would not hesitate to recommend this book to others, the information is presented in a clear and concise manner making it easy to understand and implement the recommendations, most importantly of all though is the fact that it works.

This has been the most logical and easy to list...

This has been the most logical and easy to listen to "Self-Help" book I have ever read. What I like most about this book is that it gives you the tools to actually implement the habits and theory into practice. I highly recommend this book to everyone.

Truly a fantastic book with lots of great insights and golden nuggets for how to make small but powerful changes. I loved it and live by what I have learned. If you want to uplevel your life but don’t know how to start, this is for you.

worth a read

When reading these type of books, I always feel like you had to do what works for you. If you can find a small change that will better your life then it was worth it. All the tips are not going to work for everyone and it's too overwhelming to try and implement all of them. I found a few things that worked for me and make it worth the read.

Recommended!

One of the most helpful self-help books I've gotten my hands on!

I really like the 21 day set-up, each chapter/day only takes 5-10 minutes to read and will set the tone for the rest of the day if you read it in the morning. I appreciated the simplicity of the exercises, you can do them without feeling too much resistance which makes it much easier to stick to the challenge, even on days when you feel really low.

I do belief that consistency is key to make permanent change, so I recommend going through this challenge at least once more or maybe pick out some of your favorite exercises and make them a habit. Recommended!
