South Korean author and founder of Dahn Yoga, Ilichi Lee, offers his thoughts on unleashing the full potential of the brain in this lecture.
In this age of the computer, Lee offers the appealing concept of a BOS (brain-operating system) as a way of exploring our mind’s potential. By willfully guiding one’s BOS, people are no longer controlled by negative emotions and are able to achieve happiness and prosperity. Lee’s technique for rebooting one’s BOS involves a form of meditation called Brain Wave Meditation.
Turn On Your BOS, recorded in front of an audience at the Los Angeles Wilshire Plaza Hotel in 2009, is delivered by Lee in Korean and instantly translated in English. Despite the linguistic differences, Lee engages the crowd with his humor and avuncular manner.

On May 2, 2009, over 400 people heard Ilchi Lee, creator of Brain Education and president of the International Brain Education Association (IBREA) , speak at the Los Angeles Wilshire Plaza Hotel.Brain Education is a five step body mind spirit method of self-development. In his lecture, Ilchi Lee said that the core concept of Brain Education is the Brain Operating System (BOS). The Brain Operating System is the system of beliefs and preconceptions in a person's brain through which they filter incoming information and interact with the world. How healthy and sound your BOS is affects everything else in your life. According to Lee, "When you can consciously direct your BOS, you can obtain health and success." To help you easily and effectively operate your BOS, Lee developed a simple yet powerful moving meditation called Brain Wave Vibration. He says, "Everybody can learn it in just one minute. I developed Brain Education and Brain Wave Vibration to help all humanity create a more positive future."Now you can listen to a live recording of Lee's almost one and a half hour lecture for yourself in its entirety. It was given in Korean and translated into English in real time.
