my latest craze

Lately I found myself developing the passion for audiobooks as I do find it a hard time finding time to sit and read books. This yoga audiobook is my latest craze. Listened to it while preparing breakfast and I was empowered. I was amazed with to the extent that I downloaded more yoga poses I can try after I do the poses in this book.

Finished it in one sitting.

I prefer this compared to the other audiobook I’ve listened. I finished this in one sitting and tried the poses. Felt great after doing so! Will be looking forward to this every now and then.

Wonderful advice on making yoga a habit.

I've been practicing yoga for about 5 months now. I guess I’m still a beginner, with a great deal to learn. This book provided me with some new poses to try, as well as good instructions on how to do them. What really helped me is the part on learning how I can make practicing yoga a habit. Cause that’s where I have been struggling. Very motivating!

The perfect introduction to yoga!

Full of information! I practiced the exercises in combination with the illustrated yoga poses pdf (book contains download link), and that made all the difference. I am a visual learner, I need to see the pose. Perfect introduction to yoga.

Great for starting out with yoga.

I had started this audiobook before trying out an actual yoga class. I’m glad I did. It was really helpful to me to learn about the history of yoga, and its health benefits. I downloaded the complementary pdf with illustrated yoga poses, which was a real game changer. Allowed me to see how the poses were done, and practice the beginner poses in the safety of my own home.

Perfect guide for the beginner!!!

I’m a yoga beginner, so I was looking for a book that covers all the basics. And the yoga bible for beginners did not disappoint. I learned a ton about yoga, such as how to perform any yoga pose correctly and how to make practicing yoga a habit. And I thought the ability to download the photos for each pose was a really nice added bonus. Some of the more advanced poses are still a bit challenging to me, but that gives me something to work towards!

Needs accompanying PDF

Perfect book for beginners of yoga! With easy-to-follow directions along with variations and benefits this book gives you a great idea of where, why & how to start each pose... My only complaint is that I would like an accompanying PDF file to diagram each pose.
