My grampa loves this!

So I thought that maybe my grampa needed with his mobility since lately he has been telling about the different pains in his joints when he's moving. I told him about this audiobook and the simple exercises that it had and did he enjoy doing them. Not only were the exercises helping his movements, he found enjoyment in it, too! This was a great source of information about simple chair exercises for old people.

i love this book!

I really commend this to those who have seniors in their home! My mom and dad who are seniors just did this activity at our home without a hassle. This is really great for those who are immobile but still wanted to do physical activity in helping their balance.
