A few pdfs printed sideways, so that should be corrected in the print format.
I’d love to give this plan a try, but I am not sure what to do with the reactive food on the first 3 days/week. What is safe to eat if I know the first three days are not going to agree with me?
I already know the safe foods will trigger nerve pain w/Fibromyalgia and that is not addressed here. High copper foods (all nuts and seeds, spinach, kale, chickpeas, sweet potatoes, etc) create toxicity in my body, and flaxseeds are one of the absolute worst foods for me. So what is the alternative? I ‘d like to believe following The Plan will bring the results she speaks of, so I will see if I can do the 20 days, but I don’t remember if she addressed what to eat if you react to the safe foods.
