Where are the recipes??!! You can't follow the plan if you don't have the recipes!! I'm glad I purchased with points or I would've called and complained. The PDF only has the menu! Not good!!

Super complex system. I've read The Obesity Code, Keto-Clarity, The Calorie Myth, The Guide to Intermittent Fasting, The Big Fat Surprise, Bigger Leaner Stronger, Why We Get Fat and The Case Against Sugar. Do not recommend this book. I suggest The Calorie Myth and Why We Get Fat if you are reading this to lose weight.
