This book had a lot of great insights and tools for organization and cleaning. It’s definitely written by someone who understands ADHD and the struggles we have with it. The book does a good job of explaining the reasons why the simplest tasks can seem so daunting for those with ADHD. Suggested tools and approaches are presented in a scalable fashion which makes it easier to try implementing the suggestions since the low end of the scale requires minimal effort. While every tool may not work for everyone, the way the book walks through the different tasks helps you to understand what the real challenge is and allow you to adapt or modify the tools to meet your individual needs.
