Loved it while also finding it disturbing and challenging in the book from which it is drawn!

Just enough to make me want to buy the whole book

I thought this would dive in a tad deeper and help me skip the entire book. It didn't work. Now I want more.

Waste of Money, Bad Summary

A very Scarce Summary of A Great Book. Bad money/value ratio, Not Worth at all

Feh! Total waste of money and time

I have actually read the book, and bought this as a refresher. A competent second grader could do a better job. Totally misses the concrete suggestions Newport comes up with as a way of furthering deep work.

Learnt nothing

16 minutes long with 2 minute upsell at end. I received zero value from this and found it to be a complete waste of time.
