Great listen and so balanced. It is detailed enough with getting lost in the science to be practical. I loved the 5 pillar approach (I like lists) and loved the emphasis on sleep (with my husband would listen) and the non-negotiable gut health approach... you hit the nail on the proverbial head. Ms. Gallagher did a wonderful job on this book. This should be in every human's library. It incorporates every facet of living a healthy, and long life. I really enjoyed her wonderful insight about food and meditation. I myself am an organic eater and living with hypothyroidism. By eating an auto-immune paleo diet, I have been able to lower the dose of my levothyroxine for my thyroid disease. Food is medicine and meditation is food for the soul! Thank you for this Ms. Gallagher!
