Absolutely love this book. It's well researched and full of great information about the Gut-Brain connection. You'll learn things you've never heard of and it will empower you to take back your health. Gut health is health and is the most important part of our immune system and really everything so it's very important to address any issue before it becomes a real problem. Great Information
Our diet controls so much of how our body operates without us even realizing it. This book contains a lot of great information helping us align our diet with our goals of becoming our most optimal self. I really appreciated how this book was narrated in an easy-to-follow manner. I personally found the section on the six types of foods to eat to build a healthy gut very useful. I will be implementing these values in my daily food routine.

This book skillfully takes the reader down the uncommonly known path of the gut / brain connection.
Author successfully presents and assesses a multitude of common disorders & diseases which shockingly originate in the gut. I was intrigued to learn that the gut / brain connection is so strong, that even depression has its root in an unhealthy gut. Needed light is shed on the many effects of damaging microbiota, including mental disorders, diabetes & coronary artery disease.

Great Information!
This Audiobook does a great job explaining how the human gut works, its connection to your brain and what you can do to keep your gut healthy! I really liked the recipes in this book and the exercises it gives and can't wait to try them out. I highly recommend this book to everyone looking to have a healthier gut!
