I love this book and will be getting it in paper copy! I'm 51 and in menopause. I've reached this point where I have no idea what my body is doing, and it is very difficult to figure out as I've known it for 51 years! This book opened my eyes to some serious reality and to the things that I would not have otherwise figured out. It is a perfect book for peri-menopausal and menopausal women, and I am excited to start following these practices.
