You have to get used to his voice, and if it does bother you speed it up a little bit. I have first had he used to it, but once I fell into his vibration, I could feel his words. Be patient.. this has changed my life. I wasn’t ready for this in my 20s. Now at almost 60, It is the most profound work I’ve ever study.

Life changing material

This is a most powerful companion to Dr. Doty’s book. Some reviewers on here express frustration over his narration. Don’t throw the baby out with the bath water! This frustration may be due to a misunderstanding of how to use this book - which is distinct from Into the Magic Shop. This volume is more of a guided meditation with fully expanded commentary. If the pace of Dr Doty’s narration becomes a problem simply change the speed of the playback. This helped me tremendously. I bookmarked each meditation and I use them daily. Reading style almost unbearable. Some pauses are 5 seconds long.

I can’t believe this reading style made the cut. There are thousands of pauses ranging from 2 to 5 seconds and they are not for any discernible reason. Because you can hear the author taking breaths at other times. At some point it become so distracting, I can’t concentrate on the point at all.It was a grind just to finish.
