Michael Singer does a masterful job outlining WHY we often miss out on the fullness of life, and HOW we can remove inner blockages to experience 100% love, light, and joy in life, all sourced from directly within ourselves. This is material that I expect to review, contemplate, act on, and benefit from for many years to come.

Would do things differently if I knew what I didn’t know.

Unlike other spiritual teachers or leaders, the author has walked that road few of us get the opportunity to experience, he shares sound advice based on real life experience, I look forward to re-listening to this book and then take notes and then put into practice some elements that he is relating in this book. A lot of people look for answers to problems within their life by seeking solutions such as material acquisition or counseling groups versus perhaps the answers within. Singer is suggesting look inside yourself and he gives proven techniques to help you begin that process. I encourage you to listen to the book on audible that Mr. singer wrote Regarding letting go just saying yes, for me that’s where all his credibility that I have for him came from. An awesome background from being a 60s hippie to running $1 billion company. His walk is unbelievable.

Intro to spirituality

The author takes an excellent approach to introduce spirituality to western scientific minds. At the same time provides just right amount of references for a curious mind to pickup.

Such a wonderful book

I absolutely loved this book and also the narration! It is such a loving, supporting, simple (not simplistic) explanation of the spiritual journey!

Let it go, let it flow

I enjoyed and learned from his summary and explanation of “mindfulness” which included practices. I now use traffic as a time to take deeper breaths. Today, I put my vision board away and set my intent to just be in the flow of life. I wish everyone enthusiasm, peace, love and joy as they practice letting go.
