Good Overview

It is a good brief description of the mechanics of the diet. There might be too much touting of how the diet cures various diseases and conditions. However, this was a mild drawback.

Nice book

Almost an hour. Good enough for knowing all the most important things about ketosis and the foods you should eat and should not eat.

Interesting book

I highly recommend this because the language in it is a bit on a higher level. You have to pay attention, but if you get what the author is trying to get across, it's better than all the other ones. Very nice. Get it.

I was impressed

The Narration is a little bit with an accent. But if you're into that, it's exactly what you'll look for. Personally, I quite enjoyed it.

The book touches on all the important aspects of the keto diet, including ketosis, benefits, intermittent fasting, the origin of the diet, and a lot of other things. I especially liked the honesty of the author, who didn't sugarcoat the diet but also pointed to the negative effects of such a diet, like a diminished sexual desire or fatigue, or something like water loss. This is interesting, because then, you see both sides and you can make a better decision. I don't think everyone should do keto. For some, it's a better time in their life than for others..

Yes, this is a great book. I learned about the ketosis state, about the pros and cons, foods to eat and not to eat, the effects of the ketogenic diet on your body, and so much more.
