If I would need to outline it, it will be in 1 word: Wonderful! I don't always enjoy any audiobooks, but this one stuck out. And since it did, I started paying attention to it. It was some of the best time I spent, especially since I was doing other tasks in the meantime.

I don't believe you have to keep looking. This audio book explains all of it. It may have had a couple of errors, but they didn't subtract anything from the incredible info that this specific book contains. You can discover a whole lot. I know that I did. Let me think for a sec ... how should I explain this? It was professional, straightforward, and reasonable. With that being stated, yes, I do highly endorse this book. No question about it.

Unbelievably good
Unbelievably good. That's what I think. My compliments to the author and the narrator. The pronunciation of the words in this specific audiobook was excellent, as well as all the information contained in it. Based on that, I am really happy that I bought the book. It was well worth my time.

Nothing wrong with it
This is a great book. I liked the things they said about the diet. The author knows a lot about the topic. It's clear. Short but to the point. That's why I liked it. I don't need to listen to a 10 hour book to know what this diet consists of.

Liked this book. Not too much to say about it. But I just wanted to write a short review. The keto diet is good for some, not the best for others. So, I guess it depends on where you stand in life, with your body and everything.
Good narrator, by the way.

Impressive
It's impressive how every important piece of information about the keto diet has been crammed into a 1-hour book. Personally, I like it better that way because it means you get the main gist of it and don't have to waste your time with a supposedly more informative book that repeats itself or stretches simple concepts to the extend that it bores the heck out of you by using long sentences to explain basic concepts (see what I just did there?). Thanks. Loved it.
