Love the suspense!

I really enjoy this author's work. The story is unique and has a "can legitimately happen IRL" feel. Of course the suspense and twist on this one was something that caught me off guard. I really enjoyed this read.

Another Crazy Twist!

l have begun to realize when listening to the stories from this author that I better pay CLOSE attention because the twist always comes when it's least expected! Well done!

Overall enjoyable

I liked this audiobook! I thought the twist was clever, and the narrator does a great job of switching between characters.

My only nit-picky part is that I feel like the “virus” in the story was completely unnecessary and didn’t add anything of value to the plot, but it didn’t detract from the writing either.

Great story

This author is good at not being predictable and not relying on cliché storylines. I really enjoyed this story, which was quite full and complete even for just a 4-hour story. The characters are all likable, as well. This author is good at making characters, even ones who have done wrong/bad things, likable to some degree. And what I'm noticing is that with this author - the story isn't over until that very last minute. As they used to say about Maxwell House Coffee this story is "Good to the last drop!"

(One takeaway I got from this story was a gratefulness for having gone through the pandemic in Florida and not in Australia. Although this is a fiction story I imagine that the descriptions of curfews and lockdowns and threat of arrest if you were caught even out driving past curfew were true! That actually feels like it would have had to be fiction!)

Narrators are enjoyable to listen to. Very interesting story…different from any I’ve read before.

just discovered this author and I've liked both books so far! narrations did great and the plot was very believable with a fun twist at the end.

Love the twists

The main character is so annoyingly overbearing. I struggled with the first part of the book having to hear so much from her perspective. But I promise it’s worth continuing. I really enjoyed the authors other books and this one did not disappoint.
